TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT

Dependent on the project, to secure a date and confirm a booking, 50% deposit may be required to be paid, once accepting a quote.

If this is not possible due to time constraints, these terms and conditions must be formally accepted before the project commences. If no required deposit is paid but a date is clearly reserved for project, 50% of the cost of that project will be payable by the client, if cancelled within seven days of the project commencing. If cancelled within 24 hours 100% of the payment will be payable. This will be invoiced after cancellation and is payable within 14 days.

EXPENSES AND ADDITIONAL COSTS

Mileage expenses outside North Manchester will be charged at 45p per mile.

On occasion it may be necessary to get authorisation from the Civil Aviation Authority in order to fly. On such occasions bookings will be subject to an administration fee paid prior to the project being flown. It should be noted that the fees paid for administration and the fees charged by the CAA are non-refundable. The CAA may refuse permission to fly without giving a reason, in such circumstances the fees are forfeited. Should the CAA refund any fees these will be returned to the customer in full.

COPYRIGHT

Unless contractually agreed prior to the commencement of shooting, FEUAS Ltd will retain copyright of all content. The client will get complete use of all content we obtain for their specified projects, but the client will not be able to re-sell our footage or allow third party companies to use the footage without prior agreement. FEUAS ltd also reserve the right to prevent any output of our content until full payment has been received. If this is not possible due to time restraints, FEUAS Ltd will need a specified date of payment in writing and until this is received, no content shall be distributed. FEUAS Ltd reserve the right to use any of the content gathered for our own promotional activities. We also reserve the right to upload our content to stock footage libraries after the footage has been released for its original purpose.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Please be assured that all enquiries will be dealt with in complete confidence and if preferred, involved members of staff are more than happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement prior to details of the project being shared. Please let us know if this is something you would like to go ahead with.

POSTPONEMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Sometimes projects are affected by the changing weather conditions. If the project cannot procced due to weather state, FEUAS Ltd will look to reschedule projects for alternate day or days or any deposits will be returned. However if you no longer require FEUAS Ltd's services then any deposits will be non-refundable. If we have incurred any other costs in relation to your project, then these costs will be invoiced separately.
